Directions:
Punch out 2 or 3 holes in the inside sifter cover, replace the lid, turn upside down and tap a small amount of mineral powder into the cover, remove cover carefully, and working with the powder in lid use your brush and dab the mineral powder, tap lightly to remove any excess. Lightly swirl onto face in a circular motion covering the face, apply more powder as needed.
