Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you product is defective please take a photo and let us know as soon as possible for a free return and exchange.

Refunds, Replacements, & Exchanges:
If your item arrived defective or damaged please contact us immediately by filling out the form on our Contact Us page, please include any photos of the packaging, packing slip, and damaged items. We will get back to you within 24 hours and will either offer a replacement, and exchange, and / or a refund. Please make sure you keep any defective or damaged items in case we nee to issue a recall ticket.
Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted – average time is usually between 3 to 5 business days.
If you have not received your refund within a reasonable time frame please contact us so we can try to help in any way we can.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale and Clearance items are non-refundable.
Shipping returns
To return your product:
- If the package is unopened: Please mark as return to sender and the mail service will return it to us.
- If your package has been opened: Please contact us.
For damaged or defective items we will issue you a free return label that you can download and print.
